ELECTROSTATIC APPLICATION

Industrial
Refinishing

We don't "paint" pool cages. We bond a 2-part acrylic urethane to the aluminum for a finish that rivals your car's exterior.

THE PROBLEM

Why Paint Fails

Standard house paint sits on top of aluminum. In the Florida sun, it becomes brittle, chalks, and eventually peels off in sheets. If your cage looks like this, it wasn't prepped correctly.

THE SOLUTION

Electrostatic Bonding

We use the same technology used to paint appliances and cars. The paint particles are charged with 75,000 volts, causing them to wrap magnetically around the metal beam.

The Workflow

A 3-day process designed to protect your property and ensure longevity.

01

Prep & Protect

We tarp your entire pool and deck. We remove all old screen mesh and spline. We verify structural integrity before painting.

02

Sand & Prime

We power wash and sand the aluminum to remove oxidation. We apply a specialized bonding primer to raw metal areas.

03

Electro-Spray

We apply the Acrylic Urethane finish. Once cured, we install brand new Phifer screen mesh and new stainless steel hardware.
