ELECTROSTATIC APPLICATION
We don't "paint" pool cages. We bond a 2-part acrylic urethane to the aluminum for a finish that rivals your car's exterior.
Get A QuoteStandard house paint sits on top of aluminum. In the Florida sun, it becomes brittle, chalks, and eventually peels off in sheets. If your cage looks like this, it wasn't prepped correctly.
We use the same technology used to paint appliances and cars. The paint particles are charged with 75,000 volts, causing them to wrap magnetically around the metal beam.
A 3-day process designed to protect your property and ensure longevity.
We tarp your entire pool and deck. We remove all old screen mesh and spline. We verify structural integrity before painting.
We power wash and sand the aluminum to remove oxidation. We apply a specialized bonding primer to raw metal areas.
We apply the Acrylic Urethane finish. Once cured, we install brand new Phifer screen mesh and new stainless steel hardware.
